The Aquafax ECS Ventair Shut-Off Vent is designed to provide free air circulation in a range of weather conditions.   The Shut-Off Vent is a waterproof version of the ECS Ventair/Ventilite ventilators which are designed specifically for marine use.  In cases of excessive water flow over the decks, an inner sleeve complete with flush handle, can be closed by moving in an upward direction whist a downward motion returns the unit to standard operation.

• The Aquafax ECS Ventair Shut-Off Vent has a low profile to reduce snagging on ropes
• Opening/closing can be carried out from within the cabin or wheelhouse
• The inner sleeve does not inhibit airflow under normal circumstances
• The inner baffle fits into a 92 mm deck aperture and has a depth of 18 mm below deck
• Overall diameter: 228 mm
• No moving parts removing the need for significant maintenance
• Does not provide ventilation when submerged
