Hempel Cruising Performer is a self-polishing antifouling paint.  It has high mechanical strength, which increases resistance to the formation of cracks.

• For use below waterline
• Substrates: for use over suitably prepared glass fibre, wood, plywood or steel.  Not suitable for use on aluminium or other light alloy metals.  Risk of corrosion in case of direct contact
• Application method: brush, roller
• Coverage: 14.3m²/litre
• Recommended number of coats: 2; recommended to apply additional coat if vessel regularly used at speeds in excess of 20 knots
• Touch dry: 9 minutes to 30 minutes (temperature dependent)
• Surface dry: 2 hours to 8 hours (temperature dependent)
• Overcoat time: minimum 3 hours to 8 hours (temperature dependent)
• Time to immersion: minimum 24 hours (temperature dependent); maximum 6 months
• Finish/sheen: semi-flat
